Parents and members work out for free!

As a parent, I understand how hard it can be to find time to work out and take care of your own health needs.  That’s why we encourage the parents of our members to utilize the HMA gym during your child’s class time.  This is included in your child’s karate fees and provides you the opportunity to work out “uninterrupted” a couple of times a week while your child is enjoying their karate/jujitsu lessons.  Please inquire with Sensei Cory, as a signed waiver is required prior to working out
